Meet Our Owner
I’m Caleb Bunting — founder and owner of Platypus Lawncare LLC. I started PLC back in 2021 out of a passion for lawn care that’s been with me since I was a kid. In 2023 I expanded into tree work, and we’ve been growing ever since.
When I’m not mowing yards or cutting trees, you’ll find me out bass fishing or spending time with my family or friends.
We live in Van Zandt County area and we take pride in treating every yard like it’s our own. Whether it’s a weekly mow, flower bed job, or a big tree job — we’ve got you covered.
